The shop is arranged the way readers think, not the way publishers sell. Start with a room and see where it takes you.
Shelf talkers
Every book on this table comes with a handwritten card from the bookseller who could not stop talking about it.
“Do not read the last page first. Day seven made me put it down and walk a full lap of the shop.”
— Jonah Crime & sci-fi shelves
“Read it at Saturday storytime and forty small people went completely silent. An instant bedtime classic.”
— Mags Children’s buyer
“One hedge, twelve months, and now I stop at every bramble on my walk to work. Quietly life-changing.”
— Theo Poetry & nature
“The damson cheese on page 88 is worth the price alone. My kitchen has smelled of vinegar since August.”
— Ines History & food
